A job is a creator’s posting hiring clippers or editors. It states the role, delivery mode, budget, and volume — clips per day for clippers, a video count for editors. Clippers and editors apply with their Clipt profile and portfolio links; the creator reviews applicants and hires.
How Jobs pay
The creator escrows the per-hire budget when they hire. Each approved clip or video pays a fixed share of that budget — for example, a $100 budget across 10 clips pays $10 per approved clip. Payment is always held in escrow before work begins.
