A Clipt Card is a public rate card with a unique URL. It shows what a clipper offers, what they charge, and links to past work. Creators apply with a stream URL, target platform, budget, and brief; the budget is held in escrow while the clipper reviews the application.
Escrow and payment
The creator is only charged once the clipper accepts. The clipper then earns from that budget as views accumulate, and any remaining balance is refunded to the creator if the campaign ends before the budget is used.
