Explains the two causes of 0-view or extremely weak Shorts distribution: YouTube suspecting the account is a bot, or the niche itself having weak demand. In a proven niche, repeated 0 to 100 view Shorts point to a trust issue, fixed by verifying phone number and ID, warming up the account properly, and building watch history. If 10 or more Shorts have been uploaded and nearly all remain at 0 to 100 views, restarting on a new account is usually smarter than continuing to rehabilitate the old one. For an account that previously performed well and suddenly gets a random 0-view Short, the fix is an escalating cooldown: private the Short and skip 1 day before reposting, then 2 days if it happens again, then 3 days; if the problem persists past that, restarting is typically the better option.
