TikTok Mod and Region Plugin Setup

An Android-only region targeting setup for TikTok campaign accounts, using a modded TikTok client paired with a region plugin. The pair works by having the plugin set a target region before TikTok ever runs, so the region registers from the first session rather than being applied to an account that already registered elsewhere. Covers the install sequence: download both APKs, install both, and critically do not open TikTok before the plugin is configured. Then open the plugin first, set the target region, and launch TikTok from the launch button inside the plugin rather than the home screen. The setup is one time only. Also states plainly that region targeting is a distribution tool and not a substitute for content that suits the audience, and weighs the approach against a static residential proxy, which achieves similar targeting at materially lower risk since a modded client comes from a third-party source and is not permitted under TikTok terms.
