How Clipt Actually Works (Three Ways In, Three Ways to Get Paid)

By Yash Khanna, CEO, Clipt

Clipt has three ways for a clipper to find paid work: browse open campaigns in the marketplace, price a Clipt Card and get hired directly, or join a manager’s team. The content pipeline is identical across all three, find a source clip, post it, submit the link, but the payout mechanics differ: campaigns pay a per-view rate capped around $30 to $100 a clip straight to Whop, Clipt Cards pay a flat price usually between $5 and $10 straight to Whop, and manager teams route the payout to the manager first, who pays the clipper directly. Whop is the gate behind two of the three doors, which is also why manager teams exist as a path for clippers who cannot connect one.
